Outer shell
It is made of Techno Polymer and is equipped with the unmistakable "four system" of ventilation / transpiration by Uof Helmets. It is subjected to the painting process and to the transparent anti-UV finishing treatment. The available colors are: black, blue, gray, white, light blue, beige, fuchsia, red, aubergine, green. The transparent anti-UV finishing treatments are available with: - glossy effect - matt effect - glossy/matt effect. Possibility of making non-standard colors on request. The piping is mounted on the edge of the helmet. The purpose of the piping is to protect the edge of the shell and finish it with elegance. Available in 29 colors with three different types of materials.
EVO retention system
The EVO retention system is designed to be enveloping on the nape of the neck. It is composed of elegant materials in real leather or eco-leather, lined with a padded technical mesh fabric, an anti-stretch nylon core, and ITW Nexus anti-shock system buckles. The combination of these materials makes EVO robust, soft and refined. It is fixed to the outer shell in four points to give maximum stability and comfort. It is equipped with a soft chin strap. Available in three types of material with 29 color variations: Real leather: black, blue, brown, cream, green, gray, London, nut, red, white. Glossy eco-leather: red, Italian light blue, black, fuchsia, gray, pink, purple, yellow, white, blue. Matte eco-leather: London, black, blue, brown, carbon look, cream, grey, lilac, white.
X-retention system (XRS)
The XRS retention system is made up of: a strap in fine eco-leather with an anti-stretch nylon core inside; smooth and rounded anti-shock system ITW Nexus buckles. The combination of these materials makes XRS robust, soft and refined. It is fixed to the outer shell in four points, mounted crosswise on the nape of the neck with a connecting pad to give maximum stability and comfort. Available in 8 colors: black, blue, white, brown, grey, walnut, red and light blue.
Inner shell
The inner shell is made of EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) whose density is designed to absorb shocks, avoiding trauma in the event of a fall. The inner shell is elegantly lined with sanitized technical fabric integrated with Velcro fastening systems to which the comfort padding is anchored. Comfort padding The comfort padding is made of COOLMAX, a breathable, sanitized and hypoallergenic fabric which prevents the formation of bacteria and bad odors. It is detachable from its housing and can be washed and/or replaced. The sizes are from 52 to 61 The weight is 500/550 grams.
